Weekly Writing 1- Freya

In contemporary society, education plays a pivotal role in individual developments. Academic learning is one of the most important ways through which people can improve themselves. It is necessary to have specific aims and plans.

Which goals you want to reach should be clear. At first, you enjoy the progress of learning. Should you work where you are interested in and find a logical, reasoned approach, your aims would be reached more likely and more efficiently. The second is co-operation. When you graduate to work for a company, you have to co-operate with associates. Last but not least, gaining a higher-level degree is the general objective on the ground that it can ensure you to have a good career and satisfying salary.

What can we do to help fulfill the aims? At first, exploiting resources in a good way could enhance your studying skills and save your time, so you must distinguish useful information from useless one. In addition, communication with classmates and teachers is very useful for getting inspiration. Expressing your own opinions and sharing your experience could be very pleasant and rewarding. Finally, drawing up a study plan every week and then check it. By analyzing where you did well or badly, you can revise the plan to be suitable for yourself.

Overall, there is no royal road to success. Achieving the aims needs your action and your attitude. Thus you will find you make surprising progress and your way of dealing with things is more mature.

  1. Freya,

This is a good essay and you clearly answer the question. However, you do not use any of the information found within the texts to support your ideas. Also, it would be useful to support each main idea within a paragraph with 2 supports as this would provide a more clarified and stronger support. Try to make topic sentences for paragraphs more clear. Also, there are may sentences with simple sentence structure, and your goal should be a mix of both complex and simple statements.

    Overall, well done!
