As we know, academic study is a very important part of our school education.
There are some important aims for undertaking academic study, include a desire for future career purpose , gain knowledge , personal growth and so on . This essay is regard to identify the academic study aims and the efficient ways to achieve them.

For my opinion, to develop personal growth is the most important one, the purpose of education is to know who you are , and what you can do. Then you will realize the advantage and disadvantage you have. The more you understand yourself , the better you can do. Personal growth not only means your physical had grow up , but also means your phyche is mature. You know what you do and responsible your behaviour. Then, you will take good prepare for your career.

Furthermore, to improve communication skills between different members of word society . People who cannot live without other person. So communication is a really useful skill when you build your personal relationship. Nowadays, globalization is everywhere. It means that you should master the second language and owe the high skills when you work with other people. Academic study is a good way to get the skill.

After identify the aims, there are effective ways to achieve them.
Firstly, find out your own learning style, make your study more productiveness, and enjoying learning.
Secondly, discussion with your friends and share your ideas . Learn from your teacher , partner , not just the book.
Thirdly, do more research , have a serious sense on your study, when you make plan , do it on time.
